• Location preferences &  destination information and other similar geographical data.

• Information regarding your correspondence with us, such as ‘submit report’ in the app.

• Distance traveled in each trip, time spent in each trip.

• Camera access is taken for scanning the lock QR code of bike.

 

Also, we collect and process the following information of you and your device, each time you use the services, including technical information, the type of mobile device you use, mobile network information, your mobile operating system, time settings

Information stored in your device (service login info), details of your use of service including, traffic data, and other communication data, date and time a bicycle is hired and returned.

 

We use GPS technology to determine your current location so that we can log your travel routes while riding bike. Some of our locations enabled services, requires your personal information, for the app feature to work. If you choose not to allow us to process your personal data, we will not be able to provide you with the full benefit of the services.
